Jiménez, formerly United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, joins Kenny Nachwalter, Seymour, Arnold, Critchlow & Spector, P.A. (Kenny Nachwalter), as Shareholder, effective immediately. Jiménez will specialize in civil and criminal litigation and trial work.


Mr. Jiménez joins Kenny Nachwalter, P.A. following three years directing the efforts of one of the nation's largest U.S. Attorney's offices, a tenure marked by the aftermath of terrorism on United States soil.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Jiménez immigrated to the United States as a toddler, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami (Miami, FL) and third in his class from the University of Miami School of Law.
