"Penpal friends" now includes features such as blogging, profiles, extensive search and profile navigation, spam deterrents, private messaging, and buddy lists.
The user interface ensures that members can navigate the 70,000 penpals profiles by whatever criteria they choose, with penpals listed by interests, beliefs, age, country, gender and numerous other criteria. The search functions have been enhanced to ensure that they can do free text searches to find perfect Penpals
