This year’s theme is “Past, Present and Future,” highlighting the company’s new direction since the strategic acquisitions of Docucorp International, Whitehill Technologies and Integrated Insurance Technologies (IIT). Odyssey 2008 will combine the best elements of Docucorp’s annual Docugroup meeting, the Whitehill Connections user group, and IIT GA User Group meeting.

Odyssey 2008 will bring customers together for three and a half days of educational sessions, with more than 70 breakout and panel presentations on the agenda. Conference events include round table discussions, a demo room, a golf outing and plenty of entertainment. Session highlights include a presentation by international color expert Dr. Michael Turton of Cavendish Consulting. Dr. Turton’s research has demonstrated how document design, including the use of colors, fonts, logos and white space, can influence consumer behavior. Other featured speakers include Craig Weber, managing director of Celent’s insurance practice, on the topics of insurance technology trends and best practices for state filings. Skywire Software’s executive team also will present sessions highlighting the company’s future direction.
