So, they launched “I Gotta Move,” a YouTube video contest, in January which has prompted interest from over 5,000 would-be 66main renters. The contest ends on April 15, 2008.
Potential tenants are encouraged to use their film-making skills and creativity to demonstrate why they deserve money towards rent at SoYo’s newest property. Contestants are asked to review a list of 32 great reasons to move to 66main, (including the Yonkers water taxi and the influx of hot new restaurants and shops) then, via a YouTube video, add their own personal 33rd as the “tipping point” to win them the big bucks.
