Dix is an independent management consultant with Quadixi Consulting, and a 20 year veteran of the IT and telecom industry. He has served as the Chief Marketing Officer of SafeNet, the Chief Marketing Officer of Cincinnati Bell/Broadwing, and the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Qwest and Virtela. Dix has also served as the CEO of iDirect, and spent ten years as a marketing executive with MCI.

Dix has won numerous awards for his work in both Brand and Product Marketing, including the Wall Street Journal Readers' Award for Best Ad Campaign, Brand Age Award for Best Campaign, and the Bear Stearns High Technology Award for Best High Technology Product.

In his new capacity, Dix will advise the SaleBuild senior management team on marketing and management strategies, as well as assist in growth and funding planning.
