He is a former partner in an independent registered public accounting firm and has had significant experience related to Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCOAB) audits and SEC reporting requirements for publicly held companies. Mr. Briney is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of California Polytechnic University in Pomona.
