According to the lawsuit, Logan Venegas was being cared for by his grandmother when he wandered off and drowned in a drainage ditch. The Houston Police Department attempted a rescue but the toddler could not be saved. "I want there to be some sort of accountability for what happened to my son," Rochelle said.
